How to file a notice

To file a notification of claimed infringement, please send an email to dmca@arven.local containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL of the material that is allegedly infringing.
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate.

Counter-notice

If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing the same elements.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
